By creating an account or using Nghe, you agree to the terms below and to the Privacy policy. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be 17 or older and give your correct date of birth. Accounts with a false age may be suspended.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it.
Community rules
Do not harass, threaten or discriminate, and do not post sexual, violent or fraudulent content or anything that breaks Vietnamese law.
Do not impersonate others, do not spam, and do not broadcast content you do not have the right to use (for example, copyrighted music).
These rules apply everywhere in Nghe: Live rooms, letters, replies (anonymous ones included) and chat.
Hosts are responsible for their Live rooms and have tools to hide messages, mute someone’s chat and ask people to leave the room.
You can report or block anyone. Nghe may hide content, end Live rooms, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Nốt and gifts
Nốt is a virtual unit used only to send gifts in Nghe. It is not money, and buyers cannot exchange it back into money.
Nốt is bought through the App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store’s terms.
Gifts that have been sent cannot be refunded, except where required by law or by app store policy.
Once payouts open, hosts aged 18 and over who have verified their identity can convert the Nốt they receive at the rate Nghe publishes, and must meet their own tax obligations.
Your content
You keep the rights to the content you create. You allow Nghe to store, display and stream that content as far as needed to run the service.
Nghe does not record the audio of Live rooms.
Notices from Nghe
Nghe may send notices about the service, such as maintenance, changes to these terms or new features. You can turn notifications off in Settings.
Limitation of liability
Nghe is provided as is. Nghe works to keep the service stable but does not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors.
Nghe is not responsible for content created by users, but will act on it when it is reported.
Changes to these terms
Nghe may update these terms. Important changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use Nghe after that means you accept the new terms.
